2. Description of Service

SecureNow provides automated website security scanning services, including vulnerability detection, SSL certificate monitoring, and performance analysis.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Respect the websites you scan (only scan sites you own or have permission to scan)
• Not use the service to harm or disrupt other systems

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

SecureNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
